Free shuttle trams

All Australian Open ticket holders are able to take advantage of the FREE Yarra Trams shuttle operating from the city to the Rod Laver and Vodafone Arena's.

The service runs all day, starting at around 8.30 am and will continue to run for up to an hour after end of play. Trams depart from Flinders Street.

Trains

As an alternative, spectators can take a train from Central Melbourne to Richmond Park and follow the pedestrian signs from the station. The short walk takes you through Yarra Park and on to Melbourne Park.

Buses

Th 605 bus service will take you from Melbourne Central to Melbourne Park, please note you will need a valid met card to take adavantage of this service.

Late night services

Public transport will operate normally during the tournament. It would be advisable for late night spectators to obtain a timetable allowing you to check on last train times.
